I have for sale a 1972 MGB MKIII Roadster. 4 cylinder, 4 speed manual transmission, 1798cc. The car has had a restoration approximately 11 years ago. It has been repainted the original color, the engine pulled and all seals and gaskets were replaced, rebuilt rear end, new springs and tube type shocks, interior has new panels and carpet, custom steering wheel (still have original), new tires, brakes replaced, new convertible top, new fuel tank, new exhaust, rebuilt fuel pump and clutch. More recently I added new carpet in the trunk, lens gaskets and a wheel ring set. Current mileage is 86,530. It had 84,426 when purchased in April of 2003. Vehicle has not seen rain and is always garage kept under cover. Does not leak or burn any oil. The car is in excellent condition with one small dent on top of the left front fender (yes, I dropped something on it). Runs well and no rust. | ||||

1980 MGB for sale with 45914 miles. Owned since 1986, the car has had carpeting updated, new battery in 2012, tires have about 1500 miles on them. Paint is fairly good with very few signs of rust or body damage. new rag top installed about 7 years ago, though back window is torn. | ||||

1960 MGA, 1600 in very good condition. 69,300 miles, 13K on rebuilt engine. Bodywork, paint finish, engine and mechanical systems all in excellent condition. Runs perfectly, compression = 150,145,150,150. This car needs to be seen to be appreciated. I have owned this MGA for 14 years, it was nicely restored when I purchased it and it has been maintained to the highest standards. The car has taken 2nd place on two occasions in European Sports Car shows. Most upgrades and service have been cosmetic and preventative. 1978 MG Midget 1500 Convertible asking $3000. Current mileage is 68,000. General Comments • Good daily driving condition • Garage kept (during my ownership) • Current NYS title • Original ignition key • British Racing Green exterior, tan interior, black vinyl top • Chassis: • Engine: (Triumph 1500 series motor) Physical and Mechanical • Original body paint "Harvest Gold". Had been painted over prior to my purchase. At which time I striped it down to bare metal and repainted it "Triumph British Racing Green". • There are minor blemishes over the body, but nothing major • Body rust: small hole in trunk area, Body repair from damage not rust located on driver cowlng area • The original carburetor was replaced with British dual SU carbs • Tires good • Pressure for all four cylinders measures *** My Value Added Improvements • Installed new solenoid • Installed new reduction starter motor • Installed new K&N air filters • Replaced model year 1975 radiator with later model version to address known issues of overheating (midget actually 1975 model but had to replace parts and title with 1978) • Installed new Flame-Thrower high performance coil • Installed new distributor with electronic ignition "Pertonix II" • Installed wiper blades • Installed master brake cylinder • Installed clutch master cylinder • Installed clutch slave cylinder • Installed clutch slave cylinder hose • Installed new pedal box seals • Installed new halogen headlamps with wiring harness/relays • Installed new visors • Installed new exhaust pipe • Installed British version of water pump • Installed new tie rods and new boots • Rebuilt SU dual carbs • Installed new whole front end suspensio assembles • Rebuilt brakes • Installed new fuel pump Extra parts include: Right fender, windshield, transmission, gauges, HSU carb with manifold, Zenith Stromberg carb, etc. Most new replacement parts were obtained from Moss Motors and Victoria British.
